America’s Goals describe bold yet achievable objectives. The seven goals represent shared values across the vast majority of Americans. To measure each goal, there are three measurable targets and indicators. The goals and targets are measured and monitored on a state-by-state basis, and this report card offers data to help frame each state’s progress and identify areas for improvement.
